What is our organisation?
Quantimme is an integrated organisation of Alkera Group, dedicated to the development of a range of services related to expertise and technical assistance to real estate and risk management stakeholders, under the direction of its President Managing Director, Emmanuel Geli and its Director Pascal Scheffer.
Quantimme includes a consulting division responsible for the analysis and implementation of “turnkey” solutions sought by our clients within the framework of their projects and an Expertise Division to provide the technical dimension required, particularly in terms of real estate appraisal, valuation of assets, valuation and monitoring of works in the context of assistance missions to project owners (excluding design and project management) and expertise.
Quantimme is also the point of entry for Alkera Group customers, who want innovative service offerings and solutions based on the assembly of cutting-edge technical services, delivered by one of our specialised subsidiaries or by our experts in their areas of expertise.

We address the general management, real estate and business managers, real estate asset managers, local authorities and public institutions wishing to have support for their missions in the valuation of property assets, technical management and control of real estate risks (offices, commerce, activity, housing)
Housing market players
We contribute to the valuation and excellence of our customers, players in the residential real estate market, equipment and housing services, through services ranging from the expertise of pathologies to the realisation of technical assistance missions for the amicable settlement of disputes, as part of after-sales support, until the implementation of risk evaluation programs and accompaniment for quality control.
Companies and professionals in risk management and insurance
With our expertise in risk management and insurance mechanisms as well as our experience from the expertise of several thousand claims each year, we assist companies and professionals in their risk management and implementation procedures of insurance programs in terms of advice, expertise or pre-claim assessment missions.
